SecretaryAdministrator with Some Reception duties
We need a bright enthusiastic intelligent person to help us run the office.
The position is very hands on and includes tel answering, meeting and greeting customers and suppliers, as well as the normal secretarial and admin duties such as paying trade suppliers, banking etc. This is a busy office and the ability to multi-task is important.
Good computer skills and numeracy are important.
Excellent salary depending on ability and to a certain extent experience
Some knowledge of cars is useful as is a driving licence although not essential.
Hours are 9.00-5.30 Mon-Frid.
This is a full time position with a early start, however a medium term temp postition may be available to the right canditate.
